THE SHORT VERSION
Your game progress stays on your device.
NutSort does not ask you to create an account. Game progress, coins, boosts, and unlocked themes are saved locally. The project includes Google Mobile Ads and Google’s UMP consent SDK, configured with Google’s sample test ad IDs. It does not currently have live ad units or a working real-money purchase service.
01 · INFORMATION
Information handled by NutSort
Game data saved on your device
NutSort saves the current level, coin balance, boost inventory, selected color theme, theme unlocks, and tutorial progress in the app’s local preferences. The game uses this information to save your progress and provide its features. The current game code does not send this progress to a NutSort-operated server.
Clearing NutSort’s app storage or uninstalling the app removes local game data. Android device backup settings may affect whether app data is restored.
Ad and consent SDKs
The current project includes Google Mobile Ads Unity Plugin 11.6.0 and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). The ad unit IDs in the project are Google sample test IDs, not live AdMob units. Google’s SDK documentation describes possible processing of IP address, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers when making ad requests. Actual processing depends on SDK version, configuration, consent, and device settings. Google’s published data disclosure is linked below. Its exact data details may vary by SDK version and configuration.
UMP refreshes consent information at launch, shows a consent form when required, and provides privacy options when Google requires them. NutSort does not ask for or store a birth date or age response.
02 · ADVERTISING
Advertising and consent
The game code can request a banner in the main menu, interstitials between levels, and optional rewarded ads chosen by the player. The configured IDs are Google sample test IDs, which serve test creatives and are not connected to Amity Games’ AdMob account. They do not generate ad revenue. Live advertising is not configured in the current project.
Google Mobile Ads may process information described above when making ad requests. UMP handles consent messages and available privacy options. The data handled can vary with SDK version, consent choices, and device settings.
03 · IN-GAME SHOP
Coins and game items
The current shop lets players spend in-game coins on boosts and color themes. Coin balances, boost counts, and theme unlocks are saved in local app preferences.
The project includes a NutSort Plus screen, but its RevenueCat public SDK key is blank and the purchase service reports that it is not configured. This build does not process real-money subscriptions or purchases.
04 · SERVICE PROVIDERS
Third-party services
Google provides the Mobile Ads and UMP SDKs included in the project. When the app makes ad or consent requests, information handled by those SDKs is processed under Google's terms and privacy practices.
The current game code does not send locally saved progress to a NutSort-operated server. The RevenueCat purchase service is not configured in this build, so it does not process subscription or payment information.
05 · STORAGE
Storage and retention
Game data is stored in local app preferences and remains there until it is cleared or removed by the user, the device, or app storage management. NutSort does not operate a server that stores game progress or account profiles.
Google controls the retention and deletion of information processed by its SDKs under its own policies. Amity Games does not control Google’s retention systems.
06 · AGE GROUPS
Children and age groups
Intended audience: All ages, including children and adults, as provided by the developer.
NutSort does not ask for or store a player's age or date of birth, and the current game does not include a neutral age screen. The ad IDs currently configured are Google's sample test IDs; no live ads are configured in this project.
Requirements before serving live ads
Because the declared audience includes children and adults, Google Play's Families policy requires age screening for ads shown to children and use of an ads SDK version on Google Play's current Families self-certified list for ads shown to children or users of unknown age. Those ads must not use interest-based advertising or remarketing, and their content and format must be appropriate for children. Ads must not disguise themselves as game controls or invite accidental clicks; the Families format rules also restrict multiple placements, interstitials at app launch, and disruptive ads without the required dismissal option after five seconds.
The policy also restricts transmitting persistent identifiers, including the advertising ID, from children or users of unknown age. The current project has no neutral age screen or age-based ad handling, so it does not yet demonstrate that these protections are in place. Its sample test ads do not establish production compliance. Before enabling live ads for this audience, the developer must implement and verify the required controls, check the SDK version against Google's current list, and ensure the Play Console target-audience, Data safety, and content-rating answers match the released app. The app and its SDKs must also follow applicable child-privacy laws.

07 · YOUR CHOICES
Your choices and privacy rights
You can remove local game data by clearing NutSort’s app storage or uninstalling the app. Android’s advertising ID controls are available in device settings. When Google requires a consent or privacy options form, NutSort displays it through UMP.

08 · UPDATES
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app’s features, SDKs, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will show when the latest version took effect. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or on its store listing.
